New motherboard not booting

New Motherboard wont boot past BIOS. I have just had to buy a new motherboard and decided for the Phantom B460 gaming 4. Everything seems to be plugged in and set up but it won't boot past BIOS. When i click on Storage configuration in the BIOS both my HDD and SDD are listed but not in the boot priority. Any help would be appreciated.
